Grainger's development and internship programs are aimed at helping participants develop into the future leaders of our company. These programs provide qualified candidates a unique opportunity to accelerate their careers. Participants contribute to the business while developing leadership skills. UNDERGRADUATE OPPORTUNITIES

Financial Development Program – Full Time

Grainger's Financial Development Program (FDP) provides college graduates with broad, cross-functional exposure to the Finance department and the company's diverse branch-based and Internet businesses. The FDP is an opportunity to explore a career in finance while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Participants rotate through multiple business functions, including supply chain, operations and sales. View participant testimonials. Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Related work experience
  • Proven communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Undergraduate Summer Internship Program

Grainger offers internships to college students in a variety of business functions, including enterprise systems, marketing, finance, supply chain and more. Interns are given meaningful projects that contribute to Grainger's business. View participant testimonials. Candidate requirements:
