Grainger's Financial Development Program (FDP) provides college graduates with broad, cross-functional exposure to the Finance department and the company's diverse branch-based and Internet businesses. The FDP is an opportunity to explore a career in finance while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Participants rotate through multiple business functions, including supply chain, operations and sales. Candidate requirements include the following:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Related work experience
- Proven communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
