Richard L. Keyser has been Grainger's Chairman since 1997. He also served as Chief Executive Officer from 1995 through May 2008.
President of U.S. Branch-based Business
Michael A. Pulick
Michael A. Pulick was named President of Grainger's U.S. branch-based business in November 2008. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Customer Service, responsible for Grainger's branch network, service centers and inventory solutions.
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Processes and Systems
Timothy M. Ferrarell
Mr. Ferrarell is responsible for enhancing customers' experiences through the company's process improvement and business system integration efforts.
Senior Vice President, Communications and Investor Relations
Nancy A. Hobor
Ms. Hobor has led Grainger's internal and external communications, community relations and investor relations since 1999.

Mr. Howard's responsibilities include supporting all of the company's legal functions.

Mr. Jadin's duties include financial planning and analysis, financial process planning and control, financial reporting, internal audit, treasury operations and administrative services.
